About Aged Well Fitness

Move well. Stay strong. Age with confidence.

At Aged Well Fitness, the goal is simple: to help you build a body that supports your life—not just today, but for years to come.

This isn’t about extremes, quick fixes, or chasing aesthetics. It’s about developing strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and grounded in how your body actually works.

Meet Melissa

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Functional Aging, Corrective Exercise, Exercise Therapy, and Lifespan Coaching. My work focuses on helping people move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence through every stage of life.

With over a decade in coaching and years of experience in online fitness, I bring together strength training, mobility work, and restorative practices to create a well-rounded, effective approach to movement.

I’m also an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra guide, with extensive training across multiple disciplines including Accessible Yoga, Yin Yoga, and functional movement-based practices. I integrate these with Classical Mat Pilates to support strength, control, and body awareness.

In addition to movement, I’m a certified Health Coach and Mind-Body Eating Coach. This allows me to support not just how you move—but how you recover, nourish yourself, and build sustainable habits for long-term wellbeing.

My Approach

I don’t see yoga, strength training, or mobility as separate systems. They’re tools—and when used together, they create something much more powerful.

My approach blends:

  • Strength training to support muscle, bone health, and daily function

  • Mobility work to improve how your body moves and feels

  • Corrective exercise to address imbalances and prevent injury

  • Restorative practices to support recovery and nervous system health

All with one goal:
To help you move through life with ease, confidence, and resilience.

Who is this for?

Aged Well Fitness is for you if you want to:

  • Stay active and independent as you age

  • Reduce pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries

  • Build strength without burning out your body

  • Improve mobility and move more freely

  • Feel confident in how your body supports your daily life

A more sustainable way to train

You don’t need to push harder—you need to train smarter.

This is about creating a body that works with you, not against you.
